Welcome to UB2 Studio. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at www.ub2studio.com and the mobile applications we publish on the Google Play Store (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
UB2 Studio is operated as a sole proprietorship by Utpalkumar Bamania, based in Mumbai, India.
1. Use of the Services
You may use our Services for personal, lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the Services in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our apps, except to the limited extent permitted by law.
- Distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without our written permission.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks connected to them.
- Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others, or to transmit spam, malware, or unlawful content.
- Bypass, disable, or otherwise circumvent any security or access-control mechanisms.
2. Accounts & Eligibility
Most of our apps do not require an account. Where features require account creation or sign-in, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use our Services.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, code, designs, logos, marks, and other materials provided through the Services are owned by UB2 Studio or our licensors, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for personal use, subject to these Terms.
You retain ownership of any content you create within our apps and store on your own device. We do not claim rights to your local data.
4. In-App Purchases & Advertising
Some of our apps are free and supported by advertisements served through Google AdMob and its mediation partners. Some apps may offer in-app purchases (for example, to remove advertisements or unlock premium features). All purchases are processed through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google's terms.
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled through the Google Play Store in accordance with Google's refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
5. Third-Party Services
Our Services rely on certain third-party platforms, including Google Play, Google AdMob, Google Firebase, and Cloudflare. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
6. Disclaimers
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
Any calculations, projections, suggestions, or content generated by our apps — including but not limited to financial calculators, planners, and educational content — are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional, financial, legal, medical, or investment advice. You should consult appropriate qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UB2 Studio and its founder will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UB2 Studio and its founder from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling our apps or ceasing to visit our website. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law — will survive.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be communicated through our apps, our website, or other reasonable means. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
